Kabbalah Meditation

For over 2,000 years Kabbalah has been taught to enhance self-awareness, reach peace, encourage happiness, and obtain a higher level of consciousness. Up until the 16th century Kabbalah was only for a few selected groups of people and men over forty years of age. Now Kabbalah can be learned and practiced by anyone with no limitations. The focus of Kabbalah meditation, like other forms of meditation, is to put oneself in a relaxing state of mind and achieve a better life through meditation. Through Kabbalah all negative energy would be vanquished from your mind, body, and soul with the promotion of mind over matter. Not only will Kabbalah meditation provide self-awareness but also help interacting with the Upper Worlds as the teachings would suggest. Kabbalah is separated into two general categories which are theoretical and the practical. Theoretical are people such as rabbis and very dedicated to becoming closer to God. Practical Kabbalists use the name of God to generate physical effects such as perfroming exorcisms with knowledge of demons and angles.



How can Kabbalah meditation be included in everyday life?
Kabbalah can be used ti improve a persons everyday life if that person is willing to dedicate time and has a open mind. There are Kabbalah Centres located where the teachings are shared. A morning meditation is a practical use for a person looking to begin a form of meditation followed be three blessings and meditation verses normally referred to as “In your hands”. This verse is meant for guarantees a person soul returns to them everyday according to Kabbalah. The soul rises upward towards to the “Upper World” during the night and be morning the soul returns. The morning meditation purposes is to block out the negative forces that plague a person from the following day and thanks God for another day on Earth.These can be said in a quite place free from distractions and interruptions. Kabbalah also teaches that life is a ongoing process and a person is ever evolving day by day. Also, with the power of free will a person has the ability to change a negative aspect of their life into a positive. With this ability to change a negative into a positive a person potential for happiness and joy in limitless.


Is Kabbalah meditation a science or religion?
Kabbalists would suggest it is a science being they have done experiments that are proven with facts using graphs, charts, and equations. Much like physics, not everything can be physically seen, Kabbalists would say that with their “sixth sense” the unseen realm of reality is there. Basically, just because a person can’t see something with the naked eye doesn’t mean its not there and through the practice of Kabbalah the unseen becomes seen. While skepticism of Kabbalah is strong saying people who do practice and learn the teaching are lost and confused. Whether Kabbalah is a science or religion there will be criticism regardless no matter who many people say they have received happiness and joy from the teachings.
