Meditation on the Body of Christ

By meditating on the body of Christ this will allow a person to free themselves from any thought and feel a personal connection to Christ enabling them to produce strength. This strength allows a person to feel as if anything is possible with the power of the Lord in them. Christians who frequently attend church have something called “Good Friday” which is the Friday that recognizes the crucifixion of Christ. While people don’t literally pray on Jesus Christ's body, a prayer is said.

Meditation or Prayer?
There are certain forms of meditation such as Mantra where specific words are said repeatedly, the Christian form of meditation or prayer has similar characteristics. Parishioners can say “Praise Lord Jesus Christ” after the preacher made a valid point reading from the Gospel. Christians do not sit and hum for minutes or even hours on end but rather use prayer as a form of mediation to improve the quality of life. There are Christians who do meditate but use other forms of meditation as a tool and guide to help them achieve inner peace with themselves and others.

Can meditation on the Body of Christ only be in a church?
Meditation can take place anywhere a person feels comfortable without distractions. Lord Jesus Christ has no limits according to the Christian faith so meditation can be anywhere. There are specific prayers a person can say and repeat, how long the prayer is and how many times it should be said depends on the person.
